Did not inform me when my insurance lapsed. When I called to inquire he did not have a sense of urgency or concern. Mr. McGregor did not show any apologetic concern at all for the lax in communication. My mother and I have been his clients for over 20 years. I will not be reinstating my policy with State Farm, very disappointing.
