Was having issues with my 98 prelude. They fixed her right up in a timely manner. They also did a timing job with a kit I provided of mainly Honda genuine parts. Not many people still know how to work on those h22s. They did an amazing job.

I only ever take my car to Phil Hughes for my service needs. For my last few appointments, I have been assisted by Isaiah. He's always polite, welcoming, and helpful. He also always recognizes me as a returning customer. Considering that he sees 100+ customers a day, it makes you feel like he values you as not only a customer but as a person. An added bonus that I don't have to wait all day when I get my car serviced. No matter how busy, I'm always out in a timely fashion.

My first visit here and interaction was pleasant. It is a very small facility and there was a lot of construction going on, so a little hard to get in and out. I think they really need a larger location. My advisor was thorough and kept in touch with updates on what they were doing and when my vehicle would be ready. They gave me quite a list of recommended services, but was not “pushy”.

My visit with Phil Hughes Honda of Athens was wonderful! The staff there is always friendly. Ms. Rebekah was my service advisor; she was attentive and made sure I was fine during the wait. The service was punctual. It didn't take too long. Another great thing about them, is that they have a shuttle there to take you somewhere else, if you wish to wait at a restaurant or the mall. I do go out of my way to visit this Honda dealership even though they are much farther. I trust them with my Honda. Bret the manager also called to make sure my visit was pleasant. That's great service!

Highly recommend this dealership! I had the best experience buying my car. Home town feel to the place, everyone is very personable. I just went to get my fist oil change. They are remodeling, but still doing an awesome job with making sure customers come first. I didn’t have to wait long. I recommended my daughter buy her car there also and she had the same experience.
