Great place for going snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, paddle boards, chilling on the beach etc. there’s a place to jump into the water! Plenty of shade under the bridge if you want to get away from the Florida Sun! A lot of people come here for scuba training too.

I always find peace and relaxation when I visit this park on the weekends. It’s truly impressive how well-maintained and clean it remains, especially considering the area and the number of people who visit. Despite the challenges, the park staff ensures a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

I want to give a special shoutout to Neal, who is here every Saturday and Sunday. If you need assistance, he’s always there to help in any way he can. And if he’s not assisting someone, you’ll find him diligently cleaning. His dedication, respect, and positivity make such a difference. No matter how demanding the job is, he carries it out with a smile, and his work ethic is truly inspiring.

As a woman, I also appreciate the sense of safety I feel when I come here for my morning routines. Neal is always attentive, making sure everything runs smoothly in the park. It’s evident that he takes great pride in his work, treating this park as if it were his own home. His commitment and care do not go unnoticed.

Every park deserves a Neal, someone who goes above and beyond to keep it clean, safe, and inviting. I also want to acknowledge the other caretakers who contribute to this park’s
upkeep; their efforts are deeply appreciated. But Neal’s dedication truly stands out.

Thank you, Neal, for everything you do. This park is lucky to have you!

Love always 🤩

Would not come unless you know how to scuba or snorkel! You are basically under an overpass, and you swim by the pillars. It is not cute.

If you like scuba diving, you can see a few fish in the snorkel trail! The snorkel trail has a few rocks (put there by some organizations in order to help coral reefs growth) and some sunken debris. That's about it.

Snorkeling @Blue Heron Bridge was phenomenal, my first time being there, the water was nice, under the bridge, the sand area was very clean, lifeguards watching swimmers and snorkelers. Absolute great experience.

AMAZING SNORKEL LOCATION!!! Free snorkel in the beautiful reefs and free parking. Can’t beat that. We had the best time and saw so many tropical fish and a starfish!!!

My favourite place to snorkel. It never gets old. So many beautiful species of aquatic life. Get there early because it's a popular spot and parking gets difficult the closer it gets to high tide. The hour before and the hour after high tide are when I'm in the water. I recommend arriving 2 hours before high tide. There is a map showing you the location and layout of the snorkel trail.

Absolutely beautiful location! The person collecting the park fee was extremely helpful and friendly. We were there in off season so no crowds at all. Snorkeling was not the greatest on this specific day. The sea was a bit rough. There was not a huge variety of types of fish seen but there were lots of fish!
