If you are looking for a new Ford, you must go to this dealership! The owner is on site and will work with you directly! Easiest dealership I have ever worked with! They don't try to pressure you into anything! Local small town dealership! We worked directly with Smitty Denard but, their is not a bad salesman on the property!

My parents were traveling from upstate SC to Florida with their camper. Their Expedition's check engine light came on when they were 5 miles from their stop for the night. They limped to the campground and spent the night. The next morning they limped to an Autozone and put it on the computer. It needed a coil and sparkplug. They Googled local Ford dealerships and found Phil Brannon. Upon calling, the receptionist said the tech was at lunch, but they would be happy to get them in at 1:00 when he returned. It was a long 16 miles, but the people at Phil Brannon could not have taken better care of them! They were extremely helpful and got them all fixed up in only an hour. What fantastic service! Thank you EVERYONE at Phil Brannon Ford for taking such good care of strangers passing through! Truly, I can't thank you enough!

The whole experience was wonderful! The Brannen family and employees are super nice, friendly, and very helpful. I didn't feel any pressure at all during the buying process, unlike I have at other dealers. We have used their service department for several issues. Never been unhappy. The mechanics know what they're doing. Fixed right first time.
The service advisor seems overloaded making communications a 5 out of 10 . Not her fault..
Either way, Jess was kind, polite and very helpful.

Unprofessional people. They can’t even contact customers to let them know their vehicles are ready for pickup. I took my truck there so they could fix a computer issue that wouldn’t allow me to start it. When I arrived, a guy named Danny asked me what the issue was. While trying to explain it to him and how to fix it, since I had already done my research, he cut me off and said that “he’s not a tech” and that “the technicians are at lunch.” Why even ask if you’re too incompetent to listen? What a goofy clown. He said it would be tomorrow when they could get it in. Whatever, I went to the desk to give my information. A week went by, and I heard nothing, so I called them, and they told me that they couldn’t do an update because my battery was low and that I needed a new one and were waiting for my approval. How am I supposed to approve something that I was never informed about? I approved it, and they told me they’d have it ready the next day. I let two days go by into a new week, and not a single phone call or anything. I called to ask if my vehicle was ready for pickup, and they told me it was ready two days ago. They need to train the people who work there or hire those who actually care about their customers and reputation. I definitely won’t be using them anymore and wouldn’t recommend them to those who rely on their vehicle.

Down home atmosphere. No pressure. Very easy process from test drive to driving off the lot. I haven’t used a dealership for repair or service in 40 years. Based on our new car purchase, considering taking in my F150 to their service department. Highly recommended at this point.

Phil Brannen Ford is one of the last few small town locally owned car dealerships left in America. No flashy commercials, just good old fashioned customer service. My truck was located nearly 100 miles away at another dealership and was brought to me and delivered the next day.
