I took my pup Levi (golden retriever) in for a grooming appointment this morning and he looks so handsome!!! Sam took great care of him and listened to all his and my needs. Levi is a bit anxious, and she made sure to be very calm and welcoming. I will only use Sam from here on out.

We had to cancel our appointment and reschedule because they said our dog was matted in some areas and Sam was not friendly at all when she explained the bath and brush with our dog vs grooming. This is the second time I drive there and they reschedule my scheduled appointment- disappointed - they turned me away twice … great service

Very frustrated at how this store handles the adoption. I went in person to set up a meet and greet for an animal and was told what to bring to make the process smooth. I was also told to leave my information if the animal gets adopted I would be notified. I called back Thursday and Saturday (the day of my meet and greet) I was told the animal was still available and that an employee would contact me if there was a change to the status. Come Saturday I call to conf my appointment and number just hangs up. I drive 50 minutes for my appointment only to find out I wasted my time.

We’re frequent visitors to this location for the supplies for our four dogs and two fish tanks. We even adopted our latest puppy here during a Trevor’s Rescue adoption event. The store is always clean and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Signed up for puppy class at a particular time and the trainer didn’t show until 45 minutes later then told us to come back next week. There was no communication. Manager was discourteous about the inconvenience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this pet grooming salon, primarily due to their severe scheduling issues. I had two dogs scheduled for grooming well in advance, but the day before my appointment, I was told they could no longer accommodate me before Friday. This left me with no time to find another grooming service, especially with the holidays approaching and family coming over.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that I had to reschedule both of my dogs, which was already inconvenient enough. To add insult to injury, when I tried to address this with the staff, they were unhelpful, and the manager refused to cooperate, offering no solutions and even withholding his full contact information. I am now forced to cancel the entire appointment and will have to find another place last minute, which is incredibly stressful.

I feel completely disregarded as a customer, especially given that I scheduled my appointments well ahead of time. Given the circumstances, I believe some form of compensation was warranted, but unfortunately, this salon has not made any effort to resolve the situation or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. I won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking appointments here.

This store has sold me a Plecostomus with ICH. I am highly disappointed. I have not even had the Plecostomus in my sons tank with my other fish for a full week yet. My son has had his fish for over 2 years now and none of them have died until this sucker fish was put into the tank. Now he has lost all 9 of his fish.
