Its the very absolute fact that the powers at be through peace and justice are connected well enough to place themselves well above what others in town are capable of doing... The people at p and j ate the bylaws and new laws to create a one of a kind hands on approach to working and stretching and sometimes bending over backwards themselves to get justice through peace
