To the young lady at the front desk who took the time to help me rebuild my resume, about a month or so ago, thank you. Within a week of posting on indeed I got hired at my new job pretty much immediately. Also the rest of the staff was nice. They gave my 2 year old some coloring utensils and it helped keep him busy while I worked on my resume. Great place with great people!

Paving the way has helped and assisted me in ways I just couldn't do by myself. I have no family except my mom, and we both have struggled with addiction. I am making grand changes in my choices now, and want to be a better person on this world. They simply helped me with classes to get a career, they helped me with rent, they helped me with a resume, they helped me look for work, they helped me with my break up with my girlfriend even! They show up to work, and are courteous about what people go through. I learned this at paving the way: 1 stick can break if pulled apart. But a bundle of sticks together, good luck. It's ok to ask for help. It's ok to receive help. I got help. It's a goal of mine, through the case management classes they offer AND that I'm doing, to work here or in a similar facility/position, so that I can give back and help those, like myself. If you're doing the right actions, you deserve it. We all do.

Matt is AMAZING!! I am a single mom of three kids, my kids get survivors benefits from my husband's suicide three years ago and I also work at a damn good job! But still Cali is hard on your money! Noone would help me, I can't even get food stamps!!! And yet we're barely surviving!! Within a week of talking to Matt, I have so much help now. Two weeks ago I was over it .. now I honestly feel like we're gonna be ok. I don't really put my business out there like this, I'm pretty private even on Facebook. But I feel strongly about this. Thanks Matt
