If I could give no stars I would. Called this place because times are hard and needed help with rent. Was told I’m at a different zip code to call the center that was connected to my zip code and if they can’t help they would help me here. I called mid August for help. The center in my zip code said they couldn’t help until a month or more later and not help with rent just utilities. Called back this place and told them what they said and was told they could help us here. He told me he would give me an update within a few days. Never called I was the one that had to keep calling. All for them to answer their phone to tell me 2 days before rent is due that they aren’t going to help because of the zip code. Thanks for wasting all my time where I could’ve looked at other resources but you assured me you’d be able to help since the center in my zip code wasn’t able to in time. Don’t rely on these people for help. They give you misinformation and fake promises. Should’ve just told me no since the beginning. Instead had me wait 2 weeks for no reason. Don’t come here for help. Try somewhere else.

Signed up, found child care and showed up for a parenting class and the class never existed. I never got log in information. I called and called tried to reach someone and no one has called me back or answered the phone. Two days of phone tag and paperwork not to mention the huge folder they wasted on a workbook. The class was due to start at 9:30am on the 19th of February per a lady named Mary. This place doesn’t care about families or parents, it’s clearly about funding. You sign up they get paid but they never actually help you!! Don’t waste your time and don’t think these people will help you!
Do better, you’re supposed to care about your community!!

REALLY GREAT PEOPLE WORK HERE!!
AND REALLY GREAT PARENTING CLASSES are offered here FREE!! Come to be a better parent and a better person! Classes help you understand your children and give you wonderful principals to follow to teach and care for your kids - principles to learn to treat everyone better - not just our kids!

This place is so helpful, considerate in helping young parents get a hold on life. PRC helped my niece is so many ways. She was pregnant, couple of bad habits, no outside help, except me, but I was very busy providing our living. They provided the right very helpful opportunities she and the baby needed. Now she and her husband are employed, financial successful and good parents.

This place is amazing, they are so helpful and sweet and very welcoming and see to your needs and help you a lot they ask about your well being and even check in to make sure your okay this is the best place I've been to. I love this place although I've only been to a couple classes I hope to try more classes frequently when I'm able to. I definitely recommend this place !

The staff are jokes they don't teach like they are supposed to
There are parents that do parenting classes on Wednesday from 3 to 5 that need there kids taken away one of the workers seen the mother of 1 daughter and 2 small boys hit the little boy and they did not report it
Evelia is their case manager and class facilitator and still nothing has happened to them about hitting their son
They also get money donated and clothing donated the staff takes what they want first then gives the rest away
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE THEY DO NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU OR HELP YOU WHEN YOU ARE IN DESPERATE NEED PLEASE STOP DONATING TO THIS PLACE and half of these reviews are from the staff and there family so please dont fall for these people lies
