Staff is unfriendly, rude, and mean. They over use chemicals in pool, hot tub and sauna. Lifeguards sit on phones and look at every person in mean way. Judgemental, and bias to stuffy retirement community. Laziness and segregation is this rec centers motto....
Not cleaned daily...workout here and get sick. Sick from selfish people and abusive director.
Sick from ammunition system getting wrecked because they don't clean well, and when they do you get poisoned. Has potential to be great place... if there was an actual community with a heart. Illusions and lies rests in this hole.

The rec center did all of this work. I went there today. The pool wasn't working. I asked the girl at the front desk what happened. She didn't know. A lifeguard was there. The girl asked her what happened. She said it was a power surge. Really? You did all of this work and you don't have anything to stop a power surge. I asked about the sauna because it wasn't hot. They didn't know. The TVs don't work and they just give me excuses as usual about them too. We are right back where we started, no pool, no sauna. I didn't try the hot tub. It's been so many years that we have been going through this. We PAY to have these. Why can't anything there work or ever get fixed? This is so disappointing. Also, why don't the front desk people know anything? I wish they would get it together. We want the pool, hot tub, and sauna to work along with the TVs. They don't even have the radio on for some music. KSUN has a radio station located in the center. Why can't we have music? I would love to hear some music. Please fix your problems at this center.
