Absolutely love this place. Very quiet campground. The bathrooms houses are very nice. Love the individual rooms. Lots of trails for bike riding and hiking. They also have horse trails. Not into that but they are there. You've got to go see Oliver the owl at the welcome center.

We love this park. The Lake is amazing. The views are amazing. It's got trails and camping. The park is free to get in. I don't know how much it costs to camp but some day I think I would like to camp there. It's beautiful!

Took the grandkids here. We enjoyed it a lot. The trail we took was moderate to easy but not paved. We saw some deer and lots of birds and squirrels. It was great!

I spent some time here in May while on a road trip. I really enjoyed both hikes I did. The park is calm and quiet and the trails are easy to follow.

The first day I was here after several days of storms so there were downed trees blocking the trail in several areas. I also saw two tiny baby turtles upside down. I was able to turn them over and move them off the path. I hope they are okay and growing into big turtles now!

I didn’t see a lot of flowers as other reviews have mentioned but I did see lots of creatures!
