Even when they are super busy, they are cordial and they get you in fast! They also are adept at ascertaining tricky symptoms by diligent scrutiny of the patient and their history. Love them!

Went in with a friend who had some questions about his recent treatment here. The woman working at the front desk was very kind and answered all of our questions. She was helpful, and when she didn't know the answer, she asked the other woman working in the office who did have an answer.

Without a doubt THE BEST URGENT CARE IN THE SOUTHWEST. The staff is professional, kind, sincere and most importantly truly interested in your well being. Trust me when I say, I went in there a hot mess, crying and blubbering like a fool. I was so sick and tired of being sick. They immediately sent me to the hospital for a CT and then called me that evening to tell me to please go to Durango ER for followup. That serious! If you have any doubts, don't! You won't regret going to this Urgent Care.

Without sharing too much, I am home resting in much less pain than I walked in to this urgent care just a few hours ago. I could barely walk, and was crying from excruciating pain. I was treated promptly and with compassion. I've been to this urgent care quite a few times and have always been cared for by quick responding and thorough, compassionate staff, from the front office to finish. Top notch medical staff with big hearts in there.

This is the worst medical experience I have ever had! We are travelling with our children and I got a sinus/ear infection while in Colorado. This is something I have had many times! They would not allow me into the building and I had to wait outside to be treated. I sat in the freezing cold for almost 2 hours when I was originally told 40 minutes. They Covid tested me even though I had tested positive 4 weeks prior and didn’t see the point to test again as the results would not be accurate, and that was not what I was here for! Worst service possible!!!!! I would not recommend going here!! Making your patients sit in the freezing cold is insanity and poor service. I get people are buys but there was no regard for the patient here!

My husband and I were on vacation in Pagosa Springs and developed a severe contact dermatitis. We visited Pagosa Urgent Care and were amazed at the level of responsiveness, efficiency and caring. We were seen right away by the P.A., Kaitlin Wert, and she prescribed medications. I was so impressed their office called to follow up the next day to see how we were doing. I didn’t improve right away and Kaitlin called me Saturday evening to see if I needed a different medication. We have lived in big cities and small towns, but have hardly ever experienced this level of walk-in care. I highly recommend them.
