As a teacher, I knew that Outdoor Lab was a great experience for Jeffco 6th graders. Then, I heard a story on CPR of a homeless boy who said it was unforgettable week for him: a bed, three meals, a warm room, adventures, friends. At the end of the best week of his life, it was, again, his job to find a tree for his family to sleep under each night. I’m happy to donate to keep Outdoor Lab going for EVERY 6th grader’s unique learning and enjoyable experience.
