Easiest, most polite & the fastest trip I've ever had a social services office in my entire life!!! My apartment caught fire & I lost everything but the sundress I had on & my dog...my purse was completely gone, along with all my papers. The ladies who helped me REALLY went above & beyond & even pointed me toward other resources!! Plenty of parking, building & grounds were immaculate!!!

I wish they had more respect for people with disabilities. They have treated some of my clients as if they are doing them a favor when in fact these are tax paying citizens getting a small amount of what they have paid into the system back now that they are disabled. Definitely need to improve services for the blind and visually impaired and teach case workers that the money is not coming out of their own purse.

Visited this place on a Wednesday to apply for MediCal for my retired uncle. He wanted to meet his worker since we were literally the only people inside the facility. We got there at 11 AM, and we were told it will take less than an hour to be called. We waited 3 hours, and at 2 PM, I finally went to ask why we haven't been called yet. After checking on the system, it showed the case was assigned to a worker just 10 minutes ago. The lady working at the windows 5 emailed our case worker if she could call us in ASAP. The case worker called us in after 15 minutes. I am only giving them 3 stars, because the case worker was very kind and genuine.

At the information desk, there is this lady that is young kind of caramel looking hair, brown eyebrows…short girl. I don’t know her name but she is very rude, very cocky.
She was laughing and talking with her colleague but when I asked for help she gave me an attitude and didn’t want to really help. The other man Kevin he was very helpful very kind and sweet.

At the accounting, oriental lady was not helpful and was shutting me out trying to ask a question.
Some of these employees need to work on their attitude if they will work at a agency that helps people!

Hardly any lines. Very quick service didn't wait more than 2 hours to get what I needed done. Which is pretty fast compared to any other dpss

I am giving 3 stars, as the young girl I talked to, kept on telling the same thing about 6-7 times. I told her OK I understand. Again she says the card will come in the mail. Did she think I was old as my hair is all grey, or did she think I do not understand English. I felt like telling her I am a retired High School teacher, but chose not to. Just because one is not Caucasian does not mean that they do not understand English. She is too immature to be helping the public from the window. Thank you.

They are good with getting what is needed for you to aid to questions. Also, very organized system for meeting your service.agent. sometimes during the busiest the lines can get a little out if hand. That's why I rate it just a 4 out of 5.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. A worker named Ms. Sanchez wasn’t working with me at all. She had me waiting about an hour. After she shows up she looks bothered and upset. She treats me like if I wanted to take medical from her own pocket. She shouldn’t be working in this place at all.
Bad and attitude and bad service. Definitely do not recommend no one here at this place at all. They play all nice at first and then get tired of you and try to get rid of you! Never in my life will I come back here !
