Guard appearance has become sloppy overall and they seem to have been turned loose to issue ticky tack citations to the very people they pay this guard company. HOA is complacent and helps facilitate this upside down approach.

They did what they are supposed to do at the security people need to know that they have to give approval for people to have deliveries brought in at this place can cause a big big backup if they don't

First of all, this whole premise with the guard shack is ridiculous. Secondly, how hard is it to take an address on the phone and find out if there is a pass at the gate? Apparently very hard.
