I didn’t stay here but have to leave a review for how unhelpful this place is. My partner and I were in a huge pickle and could not find a ride to the airport, and we’re going to miss our flight. We asked if we could use one of their shuttles and offered to pay more. One of the front desk workers at first said it was fine and so we stopped looking. Then a very rude one asked if we had stayed here and when we said no, she said they couldn’t accommodate…:even though there was room on the van. It’s called basic human decency and trying to help someone out when they are in need. I can’t comment on the quality of the residences but I can say they were incredibly unhelpful to us!

Creme-de-la-creme lodge located directly at the base of Steamboat Gondola (3 min walk with skis). Not very many places in Colorado have such high quality, completely full service ski-in & ski-out vacation spots like this. They offer free breakfast Apres Skiing snacks and drinks every day. Ski valet allows you to eliminate the hassles of trudging around with all your gear to & fro the mountain. Plus, every single service member that worked here was delightful and went above & beyond what we asked. Would highly, highly recommend this place for an upscale vacation for a family or a special romantic weekend getaway for a couple!

Fantastic experience with the most helpful and caring staff. Natalie went above and beyond in making sure I was situated and that my skis would be ready via their ski-valet. Best lodging in Steamboat!

I can't wait to return. Visited during the summer. It looks like an ideal winter spot for skiing at the base of the mountain, a stone's throw to the gondola. Beautiful here in the summer with plenty of outdoor activities. Walking distance to several good restaurants.

Have to say that this is a pretty sweet location. Steps, just a few steps to everything in steamboat ski village. Rooms are Fantastic, plenty of amenities inside, but a grocer is across the street, ski rentals right outside the door, and simply doesn't get any better. We love steamboat and have always wanted to stay here at OSP, and will definitely make it our base in the future.
