Victoria Conrack is best person I’ve ever met! Hard worker, compassionate, listens well, patient to a fault and best loves elderly people, especially those of us residing in RCFEs! Knows the law well, and has taught me much in the last year. Would not have made it through my adjustment to living in Assisted Living, in what was a really well functioning, well staffed, most were good, talented and knowledgable employees, would do anything for them and the Residents I live with, most are moderately or severely in Dementia, and other ailments. All things out of ordinary (COVID-19, resident issues, reimbursements, always obeying thre laws, Title 22 and the AB bills that apply to us). Never ignored or shushed away, always an open door policy and no secrets or lying to us. Very loving and caring Executive Director, Jeffrey Samabat, sorely missed by us all. You never know how good you have it, until your well runs dry. Hope Victoria remains active in this office for many years down the road, as we sorely Ned her this year, more than ever. March on Victoria, here for you always. Your friend.
