Wanted to thank the team at Silverleaf for taking such great care of my mother over the past couple of years. They were very kind and compassionate at every house/location. All of the employees demonstrated genuine love and care. I highly recommend them.

My mom had been here a few years. They do such a good job caring for her. The food is good, the place is clean, the staff is friendly and does a great job caring for mom. It is expensive but worth it.

Our Mother has only been at the Lake Point / Denison location for a few months but Maria Alonzo / Executive Director and her team of caregivers have far exceeded our expectations. The entire facility has been recently upgraded and is picturesque both inside and out. Mom loves sitting on the front porch and taking walks through the newly decorated lobby. The only thing better than the aesthetics at Lake Point Denison is the responsive, loving care they give our Mom.

If you care anything about your loved ones do not put them at Lake Point. I hope people get to read this post before it is taken down. The care my mother received here was beyond awful. The management cares only about making money and not the residents. I could go on and on, but I will just say if you love your family do not put them at Lake Point please.
I do have to say this one thing my Mother was not allowed out of her room for over 6 weeks.
There are much better and cheaper places in
this area.

My family is truly blessed since we found Lake Point for my wonderful husband. The home is nestled on a lovely cul-de-sac which is by the shores of Lake Lewisville. Dan Blackburn and Maria Alonzo have provided a warm and caring environment for their residents, and the caregivers have all displayed a loving and generous spirit. As a result, I feel secure in the knowledge that my husband is receiving the best care from people who truly respect his dignity. I bestow the highest possible rating on Lake Point in Frisco!

This is a horrible place and management is a joke. I left a review elsewhere and the company wrote the review as if my complaint was the lack of activities. My dad was bedridden so the activities were the least of our worries. So I will leave a review here in hopes it won’t be taken down.
We toured this place before having my dad stay here and was adamant that they understood how difficult my dad could be. They assured us they’ve dealt with this kind of behavior before and it would be no problem.
We would receive phone calls telling us my dad wouldn’t cooperate,etc. We were never told it had gotten to the point where a body part had become gangrenous. No one mentioned this to us at all. Just he was combative. He was combative because he had an infection that had made him delirious. While my dad demanded to go to the hospital they would call us to talk us out of this because this would end his care at this facility. But if someone is at the point where the need for medical attention is beyond your scope I’m not sure why this is even something that is being argued with the family about.
If you have a loved one who can be difficult at times I would look elsewhere. The sales pitches were nice before we moved my dad in here but the care he received was FAR less than acceptable.

When we found Lake Point, my mom's condition was "challenging" - mentally "with it," but very compromised physically due to a recent stroke. A nursing home was definitely NOT the way to go with her...Lake Point was the perfect solution!

Place is always clean and smell good. If bosses wasn't good I would not be here. My boss Maria is the best. Peter is best chef. I love his food. I am happy to be here with good team.
