Just spent some quality time with a large group at ORBC. Jacob was very helpful getting us up and running. Occasionally there were some technical glitches, but he handled them with some proding. ORBC has an old school bowling alley feel, from the carpet to the multicolored bowling balls to the arcade games out front. We killed 2 solid hours, bonded as a group, and I got a 140, one of my highest scores.

Cosmic bowling is a great and affordable opportunity for family fun. Bowling with friends and family while listening to music. Food and drinks are sold there. Would like to see them upgrade some of their equipment though.

My girlfriend and I had a great time here. However, we came today because the website said that there was a deal for $3 games and $3.50 shoe rentals on Sunday-Thursday before 6:30. When we walked in, we were informed that the website was not updated, and the only deal going on on Sunday was $20 for an hour. We decided to bowl anyway. When we got to our lane, there was a ball stuck in the gutter and some of the pins weren't set. We informed the staff of the situation and waited for about 5 minutes before it was fixed. This isn't really a huge issue, but we weren't able to finish our last game, and that 5 minutes we lost would have been nice to have. Again, it's not really a huge deal, but I feel like it's worth mentioning. Overall, our experience was pretty enjoyable and we will likely come back

Would not recommend for birthday parties. Website says different from the staff. It took me 2 days to even get anyone on the phone. I asked for a manager to call me because I still had unanswered questions leading up to party day. (Which could have solved a lot of the issues). I never received a call from a manager. Over priced for the quality on everything(food and lanes). Lanes needed to be reset after almost every turn. It was just a disaster. We are so disappointed in the whole experience. We will not be returning.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I am super disappointed in this bowling alley. Our family of five purchased two games and show rentals. The pins kept resetting after every time we would bowl and kept not counting our second turn. We were then moved to another lane and experienced the same issue. By the time (2 hours later) we got through the first game (since it kept resetting after every single time we bowled) my little ones were ready to go. We asked if we could get a refund for the second game and we're told no. I understand the alley is older, but they should be more willing or straight forward about how horrible it is. Unfortunately we will not be back.

It's a old bowling alley in Oakridge Tennessee. Lanes lean one way or the the other. Balls are about as good. We can work with that.. let's leave a review on the staff.. all 3 of them.
My issue is the kitchen is closed until 6. Which is cool, if it was mentioned at any point prior to getting thirsty, like maybe when you pay for shoes and lane? Please, Don't get upset you paid for multiple games and then got thirsty, because there is no refunds... if you complain, or even hit them with a maybe advertise that better" they will tell the manager" quote lined up.. just either A don't get your hopes up or B drive elsewhere.

Paid for 2 games which is 20 frames. We were assigned to lane 2 and had to wait 15 minutes for them to turn on the lane then when the lane was turned on you couldn’t enter certain letters for bowlers name. That took 20 minutes before they switched us to lane 4 then it kept glitching but we got five frames done in the first game. Then we were moved to lane three we finished our first game by 840pm we started the second game got in to the 9th frame and at 9pm the lane shut down. I paid for two games but me and 6 other of my guests didn’t get to play all twenty frames when asked for a refund on the frames we didn’t play I was told nope. This is not how you run a business. I been to bowling alleys and never have I experienced this. Mind you it was my son’s 9th birthday and he was very disappointed that he couldn’t finish.

Been awhile since my family and I have been here so we thought we would give them a try again. Bowling and shoe rental wasn't that bad in price but the food is on the high side. The elderly man that was running the food area wasn't friendly at all and a bit rude. There were a ton of open lanes but they put my family right next to the lane another family was at and there were so many ppl in that group that they were sitting in our seats and so were their belongings. It didn't bother me that they were there but considering the size it would make more sense to move us down one lane since the entire middle section was empty. They have a couple arcade games and a pool table or two. Everything has gone up in cost so I'm assuming that's why their food prices were high.
