I showed up early to my appointment that was scheduled weeks before just to be told that the doctor wasn't actually there and they were rescheduling her appointments. Unless the doctor called out that day before I got there, this was incredibly unprofessional. I made it all the way there just to be rescheduled when they have both my number and my email address and could have informed me sooner. Luckily UC Health is right down the way! They got me in earlier than my rescheduled appointment and the front desk staff were much less miserable! The only reason I went to Northwest in the first place was because of the savings programs, which I'm not poor enough to qualify for anyway. From staff to service, highly disappointing.

I've had excellent care from the ladies at N/W Colo Health. They're always very pleasant and thorough!
I had a follow up visit today with Neilene Folks, PA and had a wonderful visit. She's always very thorough and takes the time to answer my questions and address any concerns I might have!

Dr. Klawiter is amazing! She explains everything in terms I can understand & always has her MA call me right away to explain results & to follow up with me! Great Clinic, great staff & incredible physicians! Thank you NWCH!

Dr Anna Lundeen is by far the best Doctor. I drive from Denver to come see her because she's an extraordinary Dr. She is patient, kind and knowledgeable. I would drive 3 hours any day for her expertise like I have for 5 yrs. now. She's been my Dr. for 10 yrs. Thank you Dr. Lundeen and staff for all you do!!

Since losing my oldest son 5 years ago I have avoided drs as much as possible including taking my daughter. Only For my own reasons.. I recently have been going back to the vna and I honestly can say so far everyone we have had contact with has been more then amazing to us.. Thank you ladies for making this easy on this mamma..

Anna Lundeen is easy to talk to; so much so I can use my weird analogies with her since I don’t speak the medical language and she understands what I’m trying to say. With her I don’t feel embarrassed to say what’s going on or how I’m really feeling. I recommend her as a doctor especially for women.
