This gym has changed my life. I struggled with not knowing what to do when I would go to a chain gym and would end up just walking on the treadmill and leaving. Not here! I am so thankful I found Northglenn Health and Fitness. I have tried multiple gym memberships over the years and never truly felt comfortable at one, but it’s been a completely different experience here. Jennifer, Patrick, Rachael, and Brad are all amazing; they are so friendly, personable, supportive, and fun! I love that they cater to all fitness levels, including beginners - I have really appreciated being eased into things and receiving personalized programming. I also like the touchpoints along the way, such as athlete check-ins and programming calls. They are also so sweet to their members; for example, it was my birthday recently, and I loved the birthday board upfront and the personalized, handwritten card with confetti they mailed to me! Those kinds of little touches make an already amazing experience here even better.

My absolute favorite thing is that it’s clear that they genuinely care and have a true passion for helping people meet their goals. I would recommend NHF to anyone, especially beginners and people who have been intimidated by gyms. Joining has been one of the absolute best health and wellness decisions I’ve ever made!

I had never done personal training before, but now that I’m in my 40s I wanted to do some strength training in a comfortable environment. I’m so glad I found this gym! It’s a small and welcoming gym, and the programs are customized to you and your pace. I love that they have semi-private sessions so I can get coaching while also meeting other people. I've struggled in the journeyman realm of fitness. I knew enough to get something out of going to your average rec center or YMCA style gym but, like many people, never saw the results I actually wanted. Read the blogs, signed up for the bro-sciencey newsletters and social media videos that all promise better results if you just do 'x' but also buy their supplements of 'y'.

It was a minefield out there of misinformation, disinformation, shady sales pitches and, most importantly, a lack of results.

My experience at NHF actually changed my relationship to fitness itself. There is an immense amount of empathy present in their entire process which is tailored to meet your individual goals. They balance the knife's edge of pushing you to where you need to be while treating you with kindness and compassion along the way. Struggling with your high hang power cleans? It's okay, Coach Patrick will modify your program with movements that are similar and incrementally get you up to the next level. Had an injury recently? Their team will work with you to insure you are recovering well and smartly. Not risking re-injury while strengthening the stabilizing muscles that can assist in your recovery. Need help controlling those dietary cravings? Coach Jennifer will sit with you to come up with a suitable plan and check-in/update it as necessary based on the data they'll track about your nutrition habits.

They cultivate a pleasant culture with empowering coaching and plenty of community events to keep you engaged and enjoying your fitness journey.

I have been coming to Northglenn Health and Fitness since April ,2024. This is the best place that I have been to for my workouts. Justin and Colin are AMAZING coaches. The owners Patrick and Jennifer are amazing too!! I definitely 100 % recommend this place for anyone who wants a GREAT workout. Oh, and I almost forgot the people you work out with are also amazing!

We love this gym! NHF deserves 5 out of 5 stars for what they do! I've been coming to this gym for 1.5+ years now, and it's one of my favorite places to go.

When I started working out, I had no idea what to do or where to start. I never grew up learning how to incorporate exercise into my life as a regular routine, so I was very very new to all of it and I was so worried that I wasn't going to be able to do it. But here at NHF, the people are experts in their field and and they know how to help with whatever you're looking for at any stage you're at. They are a local business and small gym ran by great people, and most of the clients including myself are women, ranging in age from late 20s to 70s+.

Whether you're looking to add to your exercise routine, lose weight and build strength, or supplement your physical therapy, or even just an all around novice who wants to take care of your body, NHF and their team will help you grow and get there at a realistic and healthy pace!
