I am the mother of one of the residents. Until recently, I would give NES a 6 out of 5. They have an extremely difficult job. These patients can become violent and out of control. There is no excuse for what happened at one of their houses but I do not believe it was a pattern of behavior. There has been extreme restraint from staff at multiple occasions with my daughter. My daughter does not know why but she is heartbroken over the staff being fired.

I love being a team player at Northeastern Services - Vernal. I have been a part of this company six years - almost three as a House Manager. There is absolutely nothing better than working alongside your clients, offering direction so that they might be healthier, happier and more self motivated to live better lives. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to make a difference in the lives of those with special needs. To teach empowerment, capability and success.

I started working at NES part time until I "found something better" That was over 10 years ago. This job has been the best place I have ever worked. I started out as a live skills instructor (now called a direct support professional) and have been promoted into several other position from manager, to compliance administrator, to now a regional administrator. I love that I have the opportunity to grow as an employee. I also love the stability of my job. I live in a oilfield town and my spouses job could end at anytime. Its comforting to know that my career here at NES is stable and no matter what I will be able to support my family. This is a great job anyone is able to do even if you don't have previous care giver experience. They have a great training program so you know how to do the job that is expected. I love this job and this company. I also love that is can be a place I can work until I am ready to retire.

NES This is a great place to work you can help disabled adults, getting them more independent as possible, I love coming into work everyday knowing that I made a difference in someone’s life, NES is an awesome place to work. Getting to know the clients is the best and it also helps to work with them. All clients are treated with respect and positivity. NES provides the best care for adults in the community that have a disability of some kind. It is very rewarding working for this company. Not only do you get to make a difference in people's lives, but NES provides employees healthcare options, 401K and other benefits, PTO, and a good base pay for all those that work for them.
