Northern Colorado Health Alliance has exceeded my expectations and has been there for me every step of my recovery with solutions and support.

Woefully unprofessional. Employees arrive late and spend time "setting up" causing customers to wait for hours beyond when their appointments were scheduled. It RARELY occurs that a customer is assisted and their needs are met within the confines of when their appointment was scheduled. This may be the most dysfunctional organization I've ever head the displeasure of working with. It's a wonder to me that they receive a grant every year.
