Absolutely worst place to work. They favor people. Another thing I would NOT let someone be over my staff that is an alcoholic shows up to work after drinking and smells like nothing but alcohol which is their director of services Heather. This company don't care about the individuals all they care about is money they are making off of them. Also they don't like covering shifts for you they don't want to work in homes at all. I absolutely loved the individuals I cared for but the company is absolutely horrible!!!!!! Honestly I'm surprised this company hasn't been shut down which is what needs to happen.

Nia stresses over showing up for work with the ends and out but they don’t show up for you especially when you weren’t to be scheduled anyway. They favor specific employees dealing with sickness and emergency situations- if your released from medical care to return to full duty but you can’t fulfill the job duties, they make it harder and stressful for the one who can. Also accommodating work hours to make up whats lost.

Lazy group of individuals. They do not care of about their clients nor their employees. I have witnessed with my own ears how they talk to a friend of mine(client of theirs). It’s pathetic they treat people as if they are incompetent. They lack professionalism and respect for the people they work for. ( missed appointments, complaints of having to do things for you, excuses for not doing those things, broken things in the home, oh yes this company is a joke. If you think the reviews are bad here look at the reviews from the former employees on indeed.com. Ridiculous and I am sadden about how my friend is being treated. We put our trust in people to care for our love ones, only to find out they would be better off without them. If I could give them zero stars I would. I hope that whoever is in charge of this organization take these reviews and re-evaluate the way you treat your clients and employees, better yet get someone in your organization that understand the job they’re doing is for the people we love and trust you with. That’s it that’s all! I pray that you all look into how you’re affecting the lives of people and it’s not in a good way!! NIA Association and Associates let’s do better please!

NIA Organization was taking care of our family member in her home . They allowed her to fall on several occasions in the same wk! They rarely had same staff staying with her and a large turn over rate in staffing. We finally got tired of the problems. No documentation or lying on documents about falls and we contacted the state. They violate osha hippa rules , posting photos on web of your family member without your permission. Final straw we hired a new company and upon leaving the home the employees stole her containers of money all her clothing purchased by family! And even the food in the refrigerator!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY and the only 5 star ⭐️ rating I see on this post is one of their employees.

Current staff is a pleasure to work with. Agency cares about the clients happiness. Nia is family and friends working hard together even though the state does not provide the funds

Very good non profit and it is family owned and very community involvement in the city of Clarksville and its not ever easy to find a non-profit that is involved in caring for their clients and receiving state dollars but Nia manages to make sure that people who are not mental or physically responsible for their care Nia has answered their calling.

They are definitely not up to the challenges
The staff lacks communication
I don't 'll like being told, "I'll call you back". (twice) then you not calling me back.
Where's your professionalism,
I also called back several times because you didn't .. lies lies...

I would like to commend Nia Association for their professionalism, punctuality and presentation of work done in the community. Any time I’ve inquired about something or needed additional information, I’m provided with everything I need. In addition, the office staff and lead administration are very personable and professional.
