Went here s few days ago. Arena was closed due to rain from last week. Got out of the car (to get cell reception) to call my husband and let him know not to bother coming.
The old man living in the RV started yelling obscenities with F-bombs that my 6yr old got to here! Literally I acknowledged the arena closure and assured him I had no intention of trying to ride in the mud. His behavior, name calling were not warranted.
I would love nothing more than enjoying the amenities here however will absolutely limit my visits. I cannot imagine that vile behavior is tolerated by their designated representative.

This is where 3 of my grandsons and 2 of my sons meet for Cub Scout activities. It is large and open for things they do, like today. Today was rockets! They shot rockets off (and, as good scouts, cleaned up after the activities too!) It's a good place for the kids. It has a nice playground too, looks well kept up.

fairly large park here, all dirt holds some pretty large and fun community events like Trunk-o-Treat in October. There appears to be a few Arenas on the property that hold Rodeo practice nights... pretty chill
