The whole process to donate was fantastic! We're moving out of State and it's less expensive to donate items than take them with us.
The driver and helper was very polite and took the items carefully into the truck. A couple of items they could not take and they took the time to tell me why.
I highly recommend you go to their website, understand what they take and if your items meet their needs and wants, make an appointment for the pickup.
I'm very thankful I contacted them and the items will go to good use!

I had the great honor of serving as this year's Design Chair for New Life Furniture Bank's Party In the House fundraiser. I cannot express enough how wonderful and gratifying my experience was to serve this amazing nonprofit organization. Not only does NLFB help people coming out of devasting life circumstances by furnishing their homes at no charge, but they also have an amazing team at all levels completely devoted to their mission. Everyone I worked with at New Life was a pleasure to work with and extremely appreciative of my volunteer time. In addition, my firm has participated in their Design With A Heart program, where we furnished a young single-parent family in need. This family of 3 had almost had nothing to live with, including beds to sleep in. I cannot express enough the heartwarming experience it was, especially when the family in need walked into their newly furnished home with a feeling of joy and hope. This organization truly is a gem in this town that continues to grow and spread giving and love to people in need. I highly recommend donating your gently used furniture to them, donating to or volunteering for this great organization!

I'm not sure this place is legit... I tried to donate a metal platform bed frame, and the pick-up driver confirmed that they accept them when he called me. When I got home the bed frame was still there, which annoyed me because I'd already donated the suggested $50 to "offset gas prices" of pickup. I called the office to ask why the frame hadn't been picked up, but the man at the office argued with me that I must be confused about the policies listed on their website. Wow. They advertise that they pick up gently used items, but their restrictions and requirements are above and beyond anything practical that people can donate. Seems like they just want people to donate money, don't waste peoples time claiming otherwise.

I can’t believe they don’t pick up 30 minutes away from their store . We are willing to give three bedrooms and a living room and kitchen appliances away to people who needs them, but the gentleman said it’s out of their area to pick up. They could had a large moving truck full, plus a donation. The Advertisingdoes not live up of what they say.

I have never seen such an unprofessional and careless delivery service. These men pulled their enormous truck in my small driveway and mangled my shade tree. They left trash and the tree they destroyed right in the driveway. Leaving me to clean up their mess. They weren’t here for me and should have never been in my driveway. They were lazy and obnoxious.

Had them pick up a mattress I wanted to donate. Super easy process, just had to bring everything outside and make sure there was no stains or rips and we were good to go. Such a relief to know it’s not going to a landfill
