New futures took me in when I had not a place to go, they helped me and my family get back to where we needed to be. Miss Tanya helped us through so much, Miss Shonda has helped me through so many things and Miss joy just has a wonderful heart. This place is legitimately amazing, helping families stay together!

This place is not what it claims.
Taking donation's but finding any reason to write the occupancy up for eviction.
Many families have come and have had hardship because of the executive director " Tonya Rains"!
This lady cussed in front of children and has no business in this establishment!
No concerns for handicapped children or single dad's or mother's!
This place is no future for many!

New Futures is a great place. Ms. Tanya (the director) is a straight shooting no non sense woman, but she really cares about families especially the kids. The rooms are ready to go for the family when they arrive, complete with already made beds, towels and anything else you may need you can request from the supply closet. If yoi need food while there they have a big pantry with two freezers of meat! If you are a homeless family and desire to stay together then this is the place for you. The house managers are down to earth. There is a laundry room available as well was a kitchen so you can cook. Also there is a dining room, computer room and playroom for the kids! This really is a good place for those in need. They have really helped my family ♥️

They do NOTHING for you, at alll, Tanya wide load sits in the office and plays games on her computer, the other two are rude and have no back bone, I spent 2 months there and only talked to Tanya, once and the the other gal about 3 times… I literally don’t know her name but she’s supposed to be a councilor or something… 60 days… they get donations and Tanya and the other short fat lady takes them home or gets her family to come get it… DO NOT DONATE TO THIS PLACE, it should be shut down, I was skeptical about going there in the first place, the bad reviews were not lying, I hope she gets what she deserves and someone who cares opens up something similar, cause that beast is evil… oh and you pay 300.00$ a month…..to be neglected.

I personally had issues here.. its a boarding home..not a family shelter..get evicted for not paying the rent..or not following the masters rules..even if they are questioning your integrity..tonya reigns...putting kids in the streets..forcing abusive women to file abuse cases against the male victims....not a good soul.. make america great again.. ih..the roaches mice and bedbugs are roomates.. they welcome you
