Thank you Dr. Roper and team!!! I brought my baby in for an evaluation and treatment of lip and tongue tie and I am so pleased with the service and care provided. Dr. Roper is knowledgeable and skilled. Though my baby was sore (to be expected) he was not as uncomfortable as I thought he might be. She uses a “cold laser” which is the gold standard when in comes to releasing oral ties. We still have a journey ahead of us to heal and improve feeding and I know they will be there for us as we navigate this next phase!

Dr. Roper and the team at her office are excellent at what they do. They took time to get to know our son and what was going on in his mouth, and educated us on our options. She explained everything clearly and patiently answered our questions and addressed our concerns. We decided it was best to have her free our son’s restrictive tongue and lip tissues. He benefited and began eating better the same day and has been improving since! We are extremely grateful for Dr. Roper and her approach to whole body dental care.

Billing and scheduling is a mess. Will go over on appointment time, make you come back to finish and charge you for two appointments. Charge a $50 fee if you need to reschedule, no flexibility if your car breaks down or kid is sick. This office can only handle basic cleanings, if you have a cavity or anything that needs extra care you will be sent to a different dentist because this office doesn’t have the ability to help. Cannot do root canal or anything beyond basic cleaning . If you have a tooth ache and need help I do not recommend this dentist

Been going here for several years. Everyone at this office is kind and very informative. They do a great job on cleanings and are very thorough in their dentistry also. Can't say enough good things!

My experience at New Castle Dental has been top tier and is the only place that I have actually looked forward to cleanings. The hygienists give tips to improve oral and overall health and conduct thorough cleanings. My dental procedure was pain free and looks great. Highly recommend Dr. Roper!
