I have been put on hold, bounced around to different employees each more rude than the rest. I have always called with a neutral tone and kindly asked for updates to be proactive. This department has always responded aggressively, annoyed, and overall unprofessional. Having been in a records department for a law enforcement agency in the past in a different state, I can say that these ladies seriously need some training in simple communication. If someone comes to you simply asking for updates, agressively telling them to wait is not acceptable. On top of that, they told me that they didn't get a fax that was sent a week prior. When they finally checked, the fax was there for a status update. Goes to show that they aren't dilligent and simply do not care for the people that they are assisting. As a suggestion, take a class on communication and empathy.

What an absolute joke. These are the ones that do your background check.. and they don't have the decency to speak to you in person to correct their own mistakes, their phone number is always busy. There is no POC. You might as well be at area 51... Here is your tax dollars going to....? See ya in court!!!

Disgusting! Despicable public clowns! These are the WORST employees I’ve ever encountered. How and why do people as ignorant as them get jobs in public service. These employees should be ashamed of themselves.
