The Neptune Society has been absolutely amazing through the entire process and beyond. Every person I have spoken to has been professional and caring. My father passed in February and they have called several times since to ensure I was doing ok, ask if I needed anything and to just let me know they are available to answer any questions. They offer a 12 weeks of piece series, which is an email you get once a week for twelve weeks with tips to help you through the grieving process. I will absolutely use and recommend Neptune Society for any future cremation needs.

The Neptune society of Fairfield, Ca. Handled all of our loved one’s final wishes for our celebration of life services. This place is run by Angels! They were loving , caring ,sensitive and most of all compassionate to our family, They paid attention to every detail. Amanda handled everything for us.

Dana, from the Neptune Society, presented their service in a compassionate and understandable way. I was comfortable and all my questions were addressed. There was no hype. I had time to read and think about things before making a decision. I viewed it as a gift to my children, when my time comes.

I got a mailer invited me to a luncheon which I attended and the food was delicious. The presentation was excellent and I enjoyed the company of the other people in the group then I got a phone call from Diane and we set everything up. It was simple and now I am relieved that things are taken care of the way I want them and I would recommend Neptune Society to others.

When I went to the presentation I was happy to find a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. It was a group setting, yet Dana spoke to each of us and answered all questions with patience and clarity.
