Arriving to the Navigation Center in Aug 2023 I was welcome with open arms. Staff onsite today are awesome. My case manager Carmen is the best. The navigation center has resources on site such as medical, dental, benefits, case management, housing, employment, and different workshops you can attend. Plus much more. The facility is nice.
It’s up to the individual whatever they put into the program is what they are going to get out of it.
I would just like to say a special. Thank you for all they have done to Carmen my Case Manager., Steve, Danny, Mark, RSCs - Veronica, Dale, Mike and Kimberly.,
Medical advocate - Lawrence , Nurse - Kelly
You ALL are awesome!!!!
A goal I have is to be working here as part of the team…..
