I called the facility a lady by the name of Jodi picked up the phone. This is supposed to be a facility that helps people supposedly. I told her an individual got admitted that needs extreme help. What is the protocol? Do you have a second to talk? She rushed me and said call back later. I asked if there was someone else I can talk to she said No call back later and talk to who ever picks up. I'm assuming that she would be off at that time and didn't want to deal. Ok, how rude, I'm pretty sure that Jodi wasn't the only person clocked in. So you mean to tell me that I'm calling this facility to practically beg to help this individual, to let someone know that this individual needs to be held there, needs intervention , needs sobriety, needs help, and Jodi just says call back. Sometimes I feel if people cared things would have a better outcome. At the end of the day Jodi came off as a careless, Jodi should show more empathy. It could be her family member, or someone close in a Mental Health Facility, where she's on the other end inquiring. The facility needs a more passionate human Jodi isn't cutting it.
