This place is well kept, clean and quiet. There is a grass area outside the sliding glass entrance with a designated smoking area. However this place is housing to seniors and disabled people and unfortunately the management is very strict. You have to escort your guests on the grounds, they can only stay with you for 14 days per year. The residents are very nosey and turn their nose at you if you're new or a stranger. The post several activities throughout the month for the residents to participate in. The views on both the East and West sides of the building are incredible. I have several friends who live there, which I visit pretty often. Oh the kitchen is poorly laid out. There are no drawers for your utensils etc. With minimal cabinetry. They have a laundry room and a few organizations bring food monthly. Also the Dale's Senior center is right behind the building.

I've been living here for 3yrs. I always thought this was a nice n safe gated community N since I moved here March 26 2022 into a studio n was supposed to a disabled Apt. N to this day I'm still crowed in this studio apt with my electric scooter.
Everything is always broken here our safety is always compramized with gang members, homeless drug addicts and dealer's. And then the elevators are also broken for over a week ( which was dangerous it was causing arguments n fights) I was scared because I couldn't go down the stairs when the alarms would go off or staff wouldn't go n check if I was in the room safe and the gates are also broken every week.
Staff pick n chooses if they are going to get written up for violating the lease agreement n not get thrown out for having there visitors doing drugs in the stairway and stealing people's things from the laundry room.
That's not how this place used to be. I don't believe how it isn't taken care of by the other managers that used to be here 6yrs ago.

I really like it here, nice and quiet, feel safe, everyone here are really nice, the elevators make it so convenient and the staff are awesome.

My father lives here, every time I’ve gone to visit the premises have been clean and tidy. Staff has always been welcoming and courteous. During the past 48 hours I could not reach my Dad so I called the main phone number. They did a wellness check and were able to locate him. I really appreciate the staff for doing that. Thank you.

I moved here June 6,22 n so far most of my neighbors are pleasant n gladly gave me furniture for my empty studio apt. So far all is good some nosey bad souls here that lie on people they don't like for no reason at all n work hard in having them kicked out of the complex I'm immobile n all I do is sit quietly and watch all the chaos they do to them but I stay away they don't know I'm watching n it's fine n dandy cuz I don't want to be on their bad side, they are mean, n have spiteful lying ways . Some past employees were like that and stil are being used these IHSS worker's for back up n they will hook them up with more people that don't have providers, Unless someone ask me personally if I know who went to the manager so they can defend themselves I won't get involved. I report when I see wrong; because I want to live in a safe gated community especially since I'm disabled and wheelchair stuck. I like Robert in maintenance He is a hard worker, n gets to the problem very fast, actually he is the only one that I know, see working.

We have homeless people jumping our gates or just pulling hard on one “secure” Broken) gate and coming in. Our security ( if one is there) have been caught sleeping on multiple occasions.
No housekeeping on weekends so our elevators and lobby’s are usually very dirty. Spills are not cleaned up until Mon
We have had no front desk person in months. They have locked down the office and ask to make an appt to talk to management.
The studio apts are very small in my opinion.
Just two weekends ago 3 members of management used the residents transport bus to go out to eat but have not resumed resident shopping trips
I would tell any of my friends or family to try and find a different housings location. If I could move I would. I do appreciate having HUD helping me have a roof over my head tho

I have an elderly mother that lives here and they don’t do anything to protect the residents. They have no security because they fired them and said it’s not in the budget. They have break ins and all kinds of violent people getting inside the building. Nobody is at the office because they weird offsite- not safe. The doors have codes you enter so your person can buzz you up and it’s constantly broken! I will be making complaints with the proper people in the city of riverside, county of riverside, and the state of california
