Parker with M&R was so super swell. He really went above and beyond staying till almost 8pm trying to get me water his first time out, but I had a real problem. He made sure I was put on the schedule for a return trip as soon as possible. He was able to do a 1/2 pipe, heat tape replacement, Big blue install and hot water heater replacement on the 2nd and final trip out. I am incredibly impressed by Parker's knowledge and professionalism and what an upstanding gentleman he is. We were 100% confident in Obid's ability to install our new dishwasher from the moment he arrived. While some customers may be slightly concerned to witness his pre-job warm up routine, we rather enjoyed watching him run around pumping his fists in the air and knee sliding all over our gravel driveway while blasting Eye Of The Tiger.

The original owner of our property was an idiot, and thus left plenty of 'curve balls' and 'what the hell is this' obstacles for Obid to figure out. Which he did, honestly, quite perfectly. And yes, I'm sure some customers may question his need to put on a very bright and very pink bandana while listening only to Britney Spears "Baby one more time" on repeat until the problem is figured out. We didn't mind, especially given the quality of work.

At one point I personally witnessed Obid hooking up a dishwasher line while fighting off an attacking polar bear while talking to his immediate supervisor on the phone.
In addition to the giant polar bear, Obid also encountered several land sharks and even some prehistoric feathered creatures. He did not allow any of these distractions to stop him from getting the job done.

11/10 would recommend Obid for all of your plumbing needs!

Friendly, prompt, efficient service from the moment I called on the phone. It’s so nice to get a real person to answer and one who is so pleasant. Our technician Cade was great! Explained everything in detail, thorough, patient, generally just a nice person. Got the job done to my satisfaction and was so good about cleaning up after. Highly recommend!

Chandler was highly professional and conscientious and we felt assured the problem was in good hands. After accepting the bid by M&R, Chandler set out to get our sewer line flowing until work could begin. It was a tough job as the blockage and the weird twists and turns in this older drainage pipe were a real challenge to snake. They worked 4 hours on this and finally got it cleared. Then they left the bathroom spotless! Seriously good work! I’m grateful for that.
