I am deeply displeased with Mother Mary Mission School in Phenix City, Alabama. On February 7th, 2 Degrees Official LLC hosted a back-to-school, non-profit event for the community. My experience has been less than satisfactory. The event took place from 12 pm to 3 pm. We were charged a total of $575 to utilize the indoor & outdoor space (a bit pricy for a community event). Upon arrival, the indoor space was unavailable. The floors were being mopped, and the gym was occupied with participants. The space was not available until 2 pm. The event ended at 3, therefore we were unable to utilize the indoor space. To follow up, I have been given a hard time while asking for a return of the deposit. I feel completely taken advantage of. It is unbelievably discouraging to do community events going forward. If you plan to do something community related in the future, please do not utilize the space at Mother Mary Mission.
