The worst place to try and call into - their phone menu only has one option, which is to be routed to a name directory. The phone system will then give you options that don't include the letters you typed in and if you dial 0 for help like it tells you to, the system reroutes you back to the main menu which, again, ONLY HAS ONE OPTION. If, in the main menu, you press 0 (typically an option which will send you to an operator), it sends you to a 6 digit extension with no name on it. If you wait in the main menu and don't press anything, the system hangs in silence for a moment before telling you that you have not picked a valid option and it proceeds to repeat the original menu.Unless you want to call the after hours phone number in the menu, there is no way to actually reach someone (if you are new and calling in for the first time) unless you're willing to punch in a random extension and hope that someone answers. I've had more success reaching live people at insurance companies than I have at this business.

Poor hiring process and very unreliable staff . Put a whole family including children on the streets for a choice they made to not hire a caregiver who was patients brother due to verbal harassment misdemeanor charge on background check . Would not recommend to anyone .
