My dear husband is a Vietnam veteran, he has lived here in Morristown for 10 years now. He has always received great care form his primary care dr. And from PT down stairs, all the staff are very good to us anytime we go, even if it's just questions we need answered, thank you staff!!!

From the Admin Staff, Lab, Nurses and Doctor I feel cared for and respected. I’m thankful for a well run VA clinic. I’ve used services in 4 our states and two VISN and this area has been the very best! Thank you -

I called the VA Clinic in Morristown and I was told I could come and get my Veterans Health ID Card photo made taken here. When I arrived the man at the first desk (James) said that it can't be done. I told him I had just called 10 minutes before coming in and confirmed that I could get my photo taken. He said again that the system is down. He didn't bother checking with the other ladies at the desk or any supervisor. He just brushed me off and told me to come back later and to call before I arrived. I went back to my car and called the office again and this time I got a hold of Madonna. She told me that I could come in and see her at the second desk. I went back in and Madonna took care of me. She was wonderful. I wish James had asked her about it before he told me to go away and this could have been avoided. Its not like the desk are far apart. It would've taken maybe 20 seconds to roll his chair back and ask.

I blame them for my miserable existence I will never receive hethcare from the va again in the last 6 years I went from being outgoing, social, and happy to secluded, miserable, and defeated.thank you va you've done your job.its cheaper for them to let us die than pay our benefits.just my opinion

Only giving 1 star so it would show up on the feed. The caregivers and doctors are amazing, but the front desk workers are horrible. I've been bringing my Father here many years and these past few months the quality of customer service has went to the dogs. Especially "James". He has been so rude to my Father and on today's visit he walked outside to smoke a cigarette instead of waiting on my Dad. Then my Das stepped over in front of the older lady and finally after 3-4 minutes she said, "I'll be with you shortly, but I have to finish this first."

Extremely rude nurse. 4:10pm on Friday June 4th. We called first. Everything fine until day. I have been cleaning and changing bandages everyday. Bandage was full of white milky discharge today from his thumb surgery. We wanted it checked to make sure not infected. A man ( AL) the door greeter met us at the door with lady LORI outside. He said the nurse MEGAN (RN) SAID TO TELL US TO GO DOWN THE STREET TO CLINIC .She told him she couldn't triage it or look at it, too go to the surgeon! I had to plead with them to please check it. Extremely rude nurse walked off ignored me. People like her are reason the VA gets a very bad name.Extremely unprofessional.

Excellent crew on both sides. James is a master multi-tasker up front. I've seen him talk tomatoes and corn with patients, while answering the phone and printing out items for a person waiting, then coming around to the kiosk to assist someone. The VA needs more like him!
