Honestly, I always brag on this place to my family . The year I found this place I was so excited to try it and gain proper care for my son. His last pediatrician would never act concerned for sons concerns , no leading questions , I just felt so unheard and I just knew I had to search elsewhere because my son getting proper care is important me, so when I find this place. The process was fairly quick , assigned him to Amanda Inglish and she’s so amazing! From the first visit I knew that this would be my son’s lifelong place, she heard me out, listened to my concerns, was on any referrals he needed quickly , follows up, so patience and kind! I love her & im so glad for my son to be in her care! The star is amazing as well, they were so patient when it came to my son and getting everything ready 💞 we have been going for a year or two I believe and nothing has changed, always an amazing experience!

Tried calling and emailing. I have 3 children with special needs and I get no call or email back. I've given up on this place. It's sick and sad at the same time. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. Santa Rosa Children's Hospital is way better.

I started the process a couple weeks before I decided to move to San Antonio mid August. I was told it would only take a couple weeks. Somebody would call me back. It took months. Nobody called me back so I went to the facility dropped off paperwork tried to do my intake packet the lady took my information, asked no questions just said she’s not available and told me that she couldn’t see me for three months. Then the facility calls me and tell me that that was incorrect And she’s no longer with the company they have availability for my son to start services next week. My navigator finally calls me and she doesn’t have availability to see him for another couple weeks and then I missed the appointment because they don’t send any emails appointment confirmations text messages or anything and when you call to confirm NO ONE ANSWERS!!!!! Morgan’s has not provided any assistance, they are the least helpful therapy place I have ever encountered. I’ve taken my child to other therapies and have received more of a welcome. I work for medical facilities, and this one has been very incompetent to say the least. I can’t believe this is a facility that is supposed to assist special needs people

I would like to speak to someone who can help me please My son has been on a list for the surgery center to open. He has received primary care ONLY however things like vision dental gasto speech hearing have to be done under sedation. Yet there is NO DATE FOR OPENING there is no longer a dental Dr a hearing Dr and gastro. I am having so much trouble with this his case work now says I can try else where. But I literally brought him here knowing he can get services because as a adult with disability it is EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND DRS FOR HIM. now I'm back to square one. I have struggled for yrs with doctors. I finally thought I'm at the right place. Case worker as no answers for me. More focused on the practice without pressure and work force. That is not important if he hasn't gotten the appropriate medical care!!! WHEN CAN MY SON GET A ACTUAL EYE EXAM HEARING TEST AND SPECIAL DRS TO HELP. I want dates. My son can get a actual eye exam dental exam hearing exam. And a Dr that will even speak to my son as a person. My son needs exams. Simple asking for glasses so he can see properly hear properly. Can the MAC ACTUALLY DO THIS FOR HIM

One of the best reasons to live in San Antonio for families with disabilities of any kind! The MAC assigns you a care coordinator “navigator” who assists you in receiving every aspect of care your family may need. The MAC is a place where our family feels relaxed, safe and understood. My ASD child only gets haircuts at Morgan’s salon and my children’s PCPs are at the MAC as well!
