My ex-husband sent in a request to close or stop attempting to collect or offset my income anymore because I have been doing way more, and he didn't realize the enforcement restarted, AND THEY DISREGARDED HIS REQUESTS. They claim they will be calling you back and don't. This office and Nashville are doing their own thing. They took part of my refund but it was not applied to be given to him. These government agencies need true regulation.

I mean why do the people at front desk even have a job!!! They can’t answer your questions and their mouths are smart af!!!! Grow up phone bullies!!! Can’t try to act like he withholding payments! ! I know the deductions taken out his check weekly. Oh with that being said now she comes back on to say they are just holding the payments well hold taking it out his check a week so my son can eat cause that’s the purpose of CHILD SUPPORT to take care of the child not hold it until you all decide to release it. Bet they won’t adjust my stamps for this either income I’m not even seeing smh be ashamed of yourselves dummies!!!NOW NOT RECIEVING A Dime of the support after THIS REVIEW! Be careful parents !!!

The front desk here is useless! They would rather argue with you on what they want you to do then just let you talk to your caseworker. They have no idea what the proper processes are and give false information repeatedly.

My new case worker was polite and seemed to know what she was talking about the one time I was allowed to talk to her but, I haven't recieved the email I was told she would send me and they still haven't filed for me to attend via webex.

The non custodial parent is over 30,000 behind on support and the child support office is so negligent that nothing is done. Contempt court dates are reset every time, noone will file the correct form to allow me to attend from Texas, no license suspension, no consequences at all for non payment.

this is a Rotten System... the DA in charge is so corrupt to the core and Lies or a pathological lies and a bully...fish rots from the head... imagine been denied modification and review for 10 years .... the try to enforce same child support order for 10 years while review is supposed to be reviewed every 3 years. imagine you child support corresponding shared income been higher than shared income that you imagine whether the other parent has negative income equivalent, imagine been told your other biological kids will be added after your one kid in the order is 18 years of age.... public defenders are double agents

Two years and they finally serve my ex. I paid the “detective” twice and all they did was take my money. Then hound me for more money. Now my ex has been ordered support but it’s been months and still nothing. I try to contact whoever my worker is. And I almost never get a response. They’re very incompetent. I thought this was a place to help me. But it’s actually more of a stressor and inconvenience in my life. Really wish Montgomery county would do something about this.

I was told because I and the other party no longer live in tn, I need to file on the state I live in. That would be fine if you would send me my paperwork! This office is and has been a joke since day 1. I moved 2 years ago and tried getting them to go after my ex for non payment and they didn't (of course) and then wanted to call me a year later knowing I had moved (I called and changed my address when I moved) and they knew the other party was not in tn the whole time but wanted to say a whole year later that they were closing my case. Send me my paperwork so I can file in my state! If you don't like your job find another please because you're not helping our children.

I’ve been dealing with these people for years. I can’t even get ahold of my caseworker! My child support has been paid off for over a month and they owe ME money (they took forever to send my employer a letter to terminate my child support order!) and I still haven’t received anything! Every time I call I talk to a different person who has no idea what they are doing. It is a joke Unless you owe the other party money then they’ll put a warrant out for your arrest real quick!

It’s hard to get in contact with case managers. I have been trying to get a child support modification for 3-5 months ( I am the one who pays) no success.

The kids dad moved to another state last year and I started the 50/50 modification then, just got notification 5/1/23
