It was a very friendly experience. I visited building and safety but before going there, they went out of their way to make my visit a quick, safe and easy one. Planning department personnel was very helpful.

This city is probably the worst I have met. They work extremely slow on your planning and they are very disrespectful to you. They just judge you by what they imagine who you are. I have been to many cities from San Gabriel valley to IE opening business in several cities but I never saw a city such uncooperative!

Very bad actitud workers.
Receptionist lady was so rude.
They put a thousand obstacles on you to open a business from now on. but they go blind with gambling businesses and underground casinos.

I love the city but the people I've dealt or try to deal with are quite incompetent. People can't return calls or emails for simple requests, no respect and need to be retrained from the top down.
