We've been looking around for a place, and this really impressed us. First off, the facility is gorgeous, clean and well-decorated. It's big enough to promote activity, but not so big as to be a burden on residents. Mind you, I don't see how they could stay cooped up with all the great activities and food. Looks like a lot of fun.

As for the independent living apartments, they're very nice! Lovely balcony, generously sized kitchenette, full washer and dryer. The closet space is a little small, but there are plenty of spaces for decorating options. All of this comes at a pretty competitive rate. Our sales director was great about answering all of our questions and helping us navigate budget-friendly options. She was just a sweetheart all around. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and clearly hard-working, which seemed to really rub off on the residents. With a comfortably remote location just off an area full of activity, I gotta say, this one's tough to beat.

Wonderful place! We met with Tara and she was so awesome!! She listened attentively as we explained our situation and how we were looking for a place for my parents close to home. She is a wealth of information and is so kind! She not only explained all of the activities Monark Grove had to offer, but also informed us about the levels of care needed for my parents (IAW Alabama medical health codes). She showed us around the facility and the rooms were quite lovely, as well as all the rest of the sitting areas and activity locations. The pool looked awesome and the restaurant (eating area) had a great menu. Made me hungry! If you're looking for a place that cares about the residents, look no further. We are going to keep Monark on the short list for when my folks need a place to live in their final life chapter.

Monark Grove is the place to be! We moved my grandfather in and what a difference in quality this place has made in his life. After my grandmothers passing, he had no desire to keep living. Thanks to Monark, he is eating better, socializing more, and enjoying life as a whole. The move in process was easy and smooth and it’s simply related to the sales team. Tara Bailey answered all of our questions with grace and settled any nerves my family and I had. If you are in the market for a senior living, I highly recommend Monark Grove!

Wonderful and caring staff that treat you like family! I moved a family member in over a year ago and she has been extremely happy with her experience. The residents are friendly, the food is wonderful and the location is unbeatable! I would recommend anyone with an older family member who wants to make sure they are well taken care of to check out Monark Grove.

Recently moved my wife in memory care from another facility. Totally different now. She likes everything about it, food, smaller, fewer residents, caring and friendly staff and residents. Everyone asks how things are going and does she need anything. So far it has been a great experience as well as I can now rest knowing she is happy
as she can be at this time.
