Monarch 61 is a excellent, wonderful and beautiful place for women of all ages. You can take creative writing or yoga, intended for trauma. You can get counseling. Every person here that I have met that is here employed, is out for your own good. And they help you to reach the potential that we all have deep inside of us. They help us to find that.

Mind body and soul. For women by women. Peaceful and serene. They offer a large variety of activities. I love the chair yoga. Helps me to relax and unwind. Such a sweet young lady who teaches this class. Wonderful group of ladies who love helping other women heal and grow.

Monarch 61 is a place for women and to help women. They have all kinds of programs to help lady's in all kinds of situations. You can do yoga or take a art class but it's much more than that. The ladies that run it just want to spread God's word and God's love. I felt so welcomed and I had a great time! I am for sure going back..did I mention it's all FREE! Thanks Ms Debbie for taking us!
