If you can stay away from getting help from the Craig office please do so. We have taken on two kids from the state and have been getting $300 a month in tanf and the county where we have took in kinship for the kids from called us and told us to ask Moffat County to stop payments because we weren’t supposed to be getting them. I called them that day and two times after asking them to double check and stop the payments. They assured us this was correct and kept making the payments to us and also stated if they found out they are wrong on this we would not have to pay the money back because it was there mistake. Well we got there call today saying we have to pay everything back and they are sorry because it’s there fault, but we still have to pay it back. What a joke this department is and if you can at all cost do not deal with them.

Totally had to edit an old "poor" rating I had given about child support department. I feel the improvements of service and friendliness of new staff is amazing! Samantha Wilson has been amazing in helping me to properly support my children. Always happy, friendly, informative, helpful, respectfull, and attentive. Thank you for all your help and hard work.

When you dont owe money for two years yet they keep harassing you to pay child support you dont owe it messes with your liscence and taxes with no concern because they doing or truly not doing their jobs they steal and take money from innocent people and claim to be doing their job...like to see you pay back two years of over payment and get the fine for a suspended license...good work staff great job not doing your jobs ...pathetic

Most everyone were friendly but the federal government thinks that 2 adult can live on 247 dollars a month food stamps Evan with my partime job i have the price of food is so high we have to eat a lot of noodles while i beleave there eating more steaks than where eating dog food to survive

This place is an absolute unorganized joke. The way they treat people is disgusting. It takes them months to get benefits because they constantly "misplace" information and paper work.

Service was done and everything worked out even though there was a miscommunication and even though I got frustrated, they were understanding and helpful.
