I cancelled my services. I signed up for my 85 year old mother to receive meals two times a week. No one ever showed up for 2 weeks. I left a message the first week and they never returned my call. So after the second week I called and canceled. They never apologized or try to make it right. They just said okay. I do not recommend mobile meals of Akron .

The meals were pretty good for the most part. The driver was exceptionally kind! I called twice with a simple question of why I wasn’t called when my father didn’t answer the door, and Trisha was rude....both times. I cancelled their service. Definitely not worth any amount with that type of customer service from the office staff.

They started off great then the service started being sloppy. Call the supervisor Trish on several occasions about no meal delivery. Eventually I cancelled further meals . She welcomed my cancellation.

Well the service is good and they do got a decent selection of food they give you but i have to con one thing STALE graham crackers and bad milk supply. there main meals are OK but for what they charge the county for the food that they give us clients they are charging 1000% Profit per meal value worth. the meals are good but certainly not worth the amount they charge the county to deliver these to us. the quality of food is just ok not great not perfect i may consider switching companys. We want real cooked meals not store bought ones!

I called today 7/27/21 to try to pay a balance I owed and restart their meal service again.No one never answers just voicemails.Especially the hype" we dont have any meals"a crackly voice said that once before.How can you run a business and never answer a phone.

They have lots of services. They also have on the other side a Gluten Free , Dairy free food pantry for those with medical needs with doctors prescription.
