This was an interesting place. Was here as part of an event and I recommend it, if your event is small. Say 20-40 people. The people here were wonderful to work with in getting the space, very polite.

There are two floors, with separate rooms in the top floor and a big open area at the bottom. The bottom can get loud with many people down stairs talking.

Parking is a huge drawback. There is none for free. It is all on street parking and that means you have to fight all the other people who are visiting the other places around there for parking.
