Multiple visits to get help, and NONE came. Worked very hard to get cards together to pay for the medicines I need, (four visits at $35 one way Uber rides), only to be told that my new cards disqualify me from using their service. Incompetent staff, VERY friendly, until they choose to show you to the door. THEN all of those nice sweet "we care about you" platitudes vanish. These people don't care about anyone. And, never will. A finer example of "Christian charity" has never been more exemplified in one pretense of it! Avoid wasting your time. There's no charity or help here.

This is a group of people who really dont care. After showing up for my appointment, they said they didnt have me on the list. Then told me they had me appear on the list 5 minutes later but said they were going to postpone it. After postponing, they called and canceled. They a month later called me back to tell me they would call me back to reschedule. After about 2 weeks, and basically in a medical situation that can cost me my job, i called them. They told me they would schedule me for next week . The next day (today) they called and cancelled again saying they wouldnt be able to see me . I was referred to them by a professional. This is really damaging during such a hard time in life . These people honestly should be shut down. They are not helping people who are really in need . I wish i could put zero stars . Doctor self is a extraordinary diappointment.

I would give less than , but... first visit was great everyone seemed so helpful and happy and seemed to really care, I was referred here by my own family dr before she left the practice at family circle of care, I had been seeing a D. O. as well for treatment of neuropathy, and two types of arthritis and osteoporosis, that center let all cash patients go, so this is when I was told to go the mission they are great and will keep you on your meds and you will still be able to see psychiatrist. I followed through. First month was great, then suddenly appointments kept getting rescheduled, a few I had to do myself couldn't be helped then I would get calls confirming labs I didn't have yet, and when I ask for what they said they didn't know, and I told them I had been scheduled for labs at first visit for December, but I even gave them date on my card for it, I was told that day call two weeks ahead for any refills so I did and man on phone was just abruptly rude and said I needed to keep up with my Dr's and I was like I know the dr that prescribed it there then he was like well you need to call pharmacy and have them send request, but I I did this like he ask, pharmacy called saying to call the mission they refuse refills, I did this then suddenly the man working front desk started getting irate raising voice acting angry and said your not getting any medicines you need labs you can come here today and get them, i go to mission for labs man at desk got rude again saying you can do labs but your not getting medicines, luckily lady beside him was nice as could be and kept composure, but then oh my when I ask to see Dr and find out why I couldn't no longer get refills and what labs I needed, the guy was like I'm not discussing it with you I will get administrator, oh wow even better this lady called me an addict.... Wow I stood up told her look I'm no addict, she even said for me to go to er, i said no I will not, it's sad being profiled up against people that are addicts, I may depend on medicines to help me daily but I don't run roads looki g for any and all medicines I can get my hands on, I have been under a doctor's care for years doing as I was asked. This place took me abruptly off my medications which they are not supposed to do, and rightfully I could have have and still could turn them in. Thing is I know they do help a lot of people and young children I don't want them reprimanded or shut down, I just want to be treated respectfully and not profiled. I we all have hard times and this just happens to be my hard time in life, I was just trying to keep under care of a doctor and be able to make it through my daily life with everything I go through. I won't call them names or speak ill of them I could see how hectic it got in there for them, i just pray in future they tune in a little more to thier patients before treating them like I was, I gave all my medical records to them out of my own hand, and they weren't even in my file when director went to looking for them asking why I was even on my meds. Wish them all the best what they are doing is great helping people that really need but I'm guessing in thier mind I wasn't one of those. For right now my struggle is just real.

Great place to go if you have no insurance. Nice staff that really seem to care about the patients. Dr. Muse is Great!
