Staff was very helpful and kind. I do not feel like I was judged for why I was there. You spoke to me about getting better and what I can do to get there and not where I came from what got me there

Love, love this place! Super quiet and located in a quiet, convenient location with easy access. I hate driving in the cities, roads are confusing, one ways stink and finding parking is impossible. This has a ton of parking lots and spaces, quiet and right off the freeway. The rooms are large with a comfortable atmosphere but the staff makes it the best. They're patient, understanding, knowledgeable and help you feel at ease and truly listen and engage with you. They also offer (as of now) virtual appts which is great for some people's comfort level, transportation needs, etc. I've been to a few other places over the years but this one feels more promising with help and successful outcome. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking mental health care.

My therapist, Fari Khan, is very knowledgeable and helpful, and I give her five stars.
While I'm grateful to MNTRI for connecting me with Fari, they are a very small organization, and overall, I don't believe they have the necessary resources to effectively treat people with trauma. They have a habit of not responding to their clients' concerns, partially as a result of their limited resources.
At the same time, I don't know of a better organization for people with severe trauma in the Twin Cities, so it's both disappointing and frustrating.
I was asked by the founder to rewrite my review.
