I closed on my house last week ...THANK YOU SO MUCH MHAF! The processes were easy and thorough. I was denied by another lender and MHAF was able to get me approved and handled all documents. After hearing more information about this company, I am happy to hear how many families are helped across the nation, not just in Colorado. I also saved thousands of dollars in "typical costs" and each step was completed in a timely manner.

I am happy to say I can host my siblings and my immediate family this year for Christmas or Thanksgiving and that is the first time I can provide this to my family.

My brother is a Real Estate Agent and I completely understand why I needed to use the agent and lender provided. This is an all inclusive program that has systems and processes. I respect it.

The experience was great and as smooth as it could be the program was a tremendous help with getting me the right realtors and lending company, me and my family ended up moving into our new home no closing cost and through the connections of the program in the contract we had so much other things paid for. This program, all of their employees, and all of there connections were very responsive and attentive to our special needs and accommodated every single one..the hardest part was actually picking the home! I actually made money moving into my home through this program

I’m not sure how anyone could rate this company negatively. The email with the requirements and Erol who I worked with was very clear. You do have to use their real estate agent but, the agent I was connected with was awesome. Even the mortgage company they put me in touch with was amazing. Everyone worked hard to help me secure my perfect home during my deployment and I came home to a brand new house. The company even fought on my behalf when the first home I tried to purchase did not work out and the seller refused to refund my earnest money. I would highly recommend especially if you’re overseas as you have a group of people supporting you and helping you make the best decisions although your thousands of miles away.

We thank God for MHAF. We will be in our home for thanksgiving and I tell you, it feels amazing. We lost our previous home to a fire and we had very little resources to get a new home. We were not sure where to start until we got their brochure in a VA home buying class. We decided to take a shot at it and we ended up working with Nate and his team at MHAF. They assigned us to an amazing real estate agent, Tricia, and with their help, we are now able to say we are home owners again. Honestly, I did not think it was going to be possible. The lending team took amazing care of us. The entire experience and team that MHAF put together to help us was just fantastic and went over and above in every way. All military families need this support, we just did not know it existed. I plan to do my part to change that.

What an awesome company!!! They help military families achieve the dream of home ownership and this service is entirely free. I have been hearing about MHAF for years and only just now looked into the work they do, and I must applaud them for this amazing work they have been doing for 19 years, helping our soldiers and their families get into homes. These guys deserve some serious recognition, because there are not many options out there for our military with regards to this type of help.
