Every one that works there has always been extremely helpful and treat you with the utmost respect. I don't like asking for help but these ladies make you feel comfortable and not embarrassed by needing to get help. I'm raising two grandchildren and I do need a little help sometimes.

I went here to get hygiene products. They didn't have as much as they usually have and told me to come back a little bit later, so i did. The woman Susan or Katie had compiled a bag of hygiene products for me and gifted me with a prayer of good will which helped me tremendously. I left with tears in my eyes and warmth in my heart. I only wish that she gets the same joy that she gave me. Thank you for generosity and help.

The people there are very kind and friendly. Are there to help you. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish it was easier to reach someone by phone. Other than that, I really appreciate that there are places like this to help people in need. Thank you all very much.

Ableist.

The hoops you have to jump through to get help with a $190 electric bill is ridiculous.

If you’re disabled, good luck trying to get in touch with someone, or submitting application.

Disabled are seen as “extra work” by the staff. Sad that this is the organization that is here to “help our community”. Their practices need to be investigated.

I will be filing a formal complaint with state secretary.

They have helped me with my electric bill so much. I'm glad I can afford to stay cool this summer. Plus, they have free books and food items. I know they have other assistance services also. If there's something they can't help with they can usually help you find a place that can. The workers treat you with respect and always work hard to help you out. Thanks so much guys!

If you're requiring help with a passed due Gallatin Electric Department bill you should go here for help. On average you receive about 5 or 6 months of FREE electricity permitting you ample time to get caught up from what caused your GED issu, before your credit voucher is all used up. Very knowledgable, fast, friendly staff explain in detail until completed. Over and over if necessary!

School that once was all black High School now is a Museum displaying Black herirage datedback to eary 1900's. Great to see our Heritage displayed with photos memorabilia etc. My mother and father went there.
