Giving them 3 stars. I think they could do much better in different areas. I think they really need to pay close attention to who they hire. I've had issues with workers just flat out forwarding or ignoring my calls when I call to pick my child up. Long waits I'm talking 45 minutes for them to bring my kids out. This is even after the school broadcast on speaker that there was a long line of parents waiting for their kids from BGC. That caused me to miss long awaited doctors appointments and such. Unfortunately I have to have my kids in this program because of my job. Not everyone who works in this program is bad but the people taking care of my kids have been dismissive to me when it comes to over the phone interactions. I don't care to report on this any longer so I'm leaving it in this review.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! My daughter has attended their summer camps for the past two years and now the after school program and she loves it! The first day of camp, this past summer, she got in the car and said, "I like camp better than watching my Kindle". We tried a different summer program two summers before and it was obvious to us that there was not much training in the area of working with children in her age group which at the time she was going into Kindergarten. They accused her of being a bully when she was just learning what to do with her frustrations such as someone taking her ball or how to transition from one activity to another. When I let MA know what she was dealing with they immediately said oh, we know exactly how to help her with those challenges. I highly recommend this program!!!!

I could not be happier with this organization. The people @Clarkston Elementary are the best. They have brought out the best in my daughter and she loves going after school and seeing them. Like everyone she has her bad days but they talk to her about it and by the time I pick her up she is fine. They are helping her as we are going through a hard situation as a family and they are very supportive for her and the family. Thank you so much for the people at Clarkston Elementary. Please keep up the good work. You guys and gals are awesome.

I absolutely love the Mentoring Alliance. My family has been involved for a few years. From after school care to summer camp, I have no worries at all when my kids are there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for after school care. The staff is amazing.

My daughters LOVE summer camp & after school program. The staff is amazing! My girls never want to leave camp early because they truly enjoy going. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience this year. They love everyone but always get excited to see Ms. Andrea & Ms. Daniela! Keep doing an amazing job! 🙂

MA has been an amazing after school program! My child is always excited after picking her up and how friendly every staff member she encounters! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an after school program!!

Melissa who works at the office was / is such a blessing. She was patient and very kind while assisting the registration completion. customer service was phenomenal and great at communicating not only phone but email as well on everything I needed to ensure we had a spot for the summer.
This will be the 4th year my daughters have attended this camp and we are so grateful for all the memories and great mentors.
