This place is a great place to come if your looking for stuff for the house. Alot of different items and manufacturers to choose from. They don't have much food but still enough to get the job done. With us being from Arozona this was our first time being in one and it did not disappoint. We always to to plan some time on the weekend to stop by, stroll around and hang out in the comfortable chairs they have.

The Tuesday evening manager at Menards has more to do than open a second register when 12 people are lined up behind a customer and register attendant searching through a product book for 15 minutes. He walked right by the huge line smiling and laughing with a co-worker while staring at the shoppers. He never came back so I won’t either. Oh btw- I just read a number of their bad reviews and it is blatantly obvious that they don’t read the reviews or even respond. Their responses are all the same and obviously written by AI. What a joke. Just don’t respond if you can’t spare the time. Using a robot to tell people that you “need and appreciate your business”shows everyone that you don’t care at all.

Absolutely horrible experience at the Lewis Center Ohio store. We ordered a set of porch furniture. They delivered a deffective floor model set to us! We drove an hour to exchange the deffective chair and when we got home it was missing parts after we asked the sales associate if all the parts were there. Incredibly inefficient and frankly fraudulent sales experience.

I was in the Lewis center Menards store looking for a connecting cable for Black and Decker LED light fixtures. Dave in the light fixtures area went well above and beyond normal customer service. He helped me find a “108” under stove connecting wire. He was able to identify the product labeled 108 cable and took me to the correct aisle and shelf. I mentioned that it was for connecting Black and Decker LED lights. He said let’s look further in the computer product I.D. In doing so he found a different location for a 108 cable. Indeed this cable clearly says for B and D LED lights. I really appreciated his effort to get me the “right” cable.

Save big money because they have zero workers around to help you find anything. I would rather pay more at Home Depot and actually find what I need. Selections aren't great either.

The entire order pickup experience was awful for me. I've never been to Menards before and the instructions were not clear on how to find the order pickup. There were no employees around to ask for help when I was driving through random warehouses behind the building trying to find the pickup spot. When I finally did find the order pickup the employee who was helping me was a pregnant woman. I am also pregnant and had to come by myself because my husband was busy tonight, and neither of us should be lifting heavy objects. I told her that I cannot help her lift because I'm pregnant and she said "oh join the club" and then I felt like I did not have any other choice but to help her lift because I didn't want her lifting the objects by herself since she was also pregnant. I left and my stomach feels strained from lifting the heavy objects into my van and I regret doing that. Menards needs to do better for their employees and customer service needs to be better as well. I should not have had to put the objects in my car arriving as a pregnant woman who is not supposed to be lifting anything heavier than 20 lbs, and the employee should definitely not have to go through that, they need to find a different position for her at this location. She said she had a doctor's note, but for some reason was still having to load heavy items for people. It seemed like she didn't have a choice. Do better Menards. I definitely will never be shopping here again or recommending it to anybody.

They now charge a processing fee. I was purchasing $10.48 order and the processing fee was going to be $2.80, no thank you, did not place order. Amazon for the win.
